Zano Capacity Has Doubled!
Demand for ultrafine zinc oxide in personal care applications has increased significantly due to the growing market interest for natural UV-filters, increased awareness for broadband UV protection and the ban of various chemical UV filters in reef regions.
In order to supply our growing customer demand, EverCare made improvements to our current Zano® operations as well as invested in extending our Zano® capacity with a new production line.
In January 2020 our new Zano® facility became fully operational. In combination with our operational improvements, Zano® production capacity in 2020 has doubled as compared to 2019. All produced Zano® is fully GMP compliant to support our personal care customers with their growing demand!
The higher production capacity will allow us to supply our customers to support their existing and new formulations with reduced delivery times as we are stocking in our warehouses. Increased capacity will also allow us to expand our global reach.
EverCare will further continue to do the necessary investments to anticipate the worldwide growing demand of ultrafine zinc oxide for personal care.
